You must also develop an attitude of gratitude. Instead of remembering bad experiences from your past, be thankful about all the good things that happened in your life. When you express gratitude, you start to put things in their proper perspective.

Learn to forgive yourself to stop beating yourself up over past mistakes and to live life to the fullest. This will keep your mind free from guilt and you will be able to focus 100%  on the present.

    I love the quote ” Life is too short to worry about things that happened in the past” I couldn’t have agreed on that.

    One author whom I’ve forgotten his name once said that “If you waste today thinking about your yesterdays mistakes, you’ll still waste tomorrow thinking about today’s mistakes”.

    The fact is that worrying about your past mistakes cannot turn back the hands of time for you to correct it rather, it’ll only cause you emotional. trauma which is certainly not what you want

    So its better to always focus on today and be happy for tomorrow will take care of itself.
